Trigg Kiser, the 3-year-old son of social media influencer Emilie Kiser, stumbled while playing with an inflatable chair and was in the water’s swimming pool for almost seven minutes before his father found him, according to the police report on the drowning of the boy.<\/p>\n
The husband of Emilie Kiser, Brady Kiser, was at home at Trigg and their newborn son, Theodore, at the time of the drowning. Emilie Kiser was out with friends and Brady Kiser knew his son was outside, the report said.<\/p>\n
The Maricopa County law firm chose not to accuse Brady Kiser because the case did not meet the standard of a “reasonable probability of conviction,” said Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell in a press release of 25 July. The news followed the earlier recommendation of Chandler Police Department of a class 4 crime accusation of child abuse against Brady Kiser.<\/p>\n
